Related to the purely philosophical volume just mentioned, there is Einleitungen zu Goethes Naturwissen-schaftlichen Schriften (CW Vol.1), which contains Steiner's introductions to Goethe's scientific writings. This is available in English as Goethean Science, and probably under another title as well. Steiner as a young man was commissioned to write those introductions for the prestigious Grand Sophie Weimar edition of Goethe's collected works. Steiner worked for years at the Goethe archives in Weimar.
Die Rätsel der Philosophie (CW Vol.18), available in English as The Riddles of Philosophy, is powerful but not foundational epistemologically in the sense of the three main works listed at the beginning of this note.
